Seiche Time Tracking
A native Mac menu-bar timer whose hours and billable amounts appear on a dashboard in your client's portal.
What it does
- Track time from the menu bar against clients and projects, with hourly rates and billable amounts.
- The Mac app is the source of truth; the portal shows a read-only mirror that always matches it.
- Dashboard with totals for today, this week and this month, hours by client and by project, recent entries, and a CSV export.
- Connect a Mac in two clicks from the portal; the app gets a key that can only push time and nothing else.
- Optional sync to Notion, independent of the portal.
A person stays in control
Nothing in the portal edits time. Corrections happen in the app, and the next push replaces the mirror.
