Terms of use

These terms govern your use of toolsasintended.com (the "Site"), operated by Work As Intended LLC ("we", "us", "our") under the Tools As Intended product line. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes products in development by Work As Intended LLC, including Seiche Time Tracking, Client Finder, and Document Signer. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice as products develop.

Products described on this Site are in development or private testing. Submitting an early-access request does not create a right to access, a purchase, or a service agreement. Access to any product is granted at our discretion and may be governed by separate product-specific terms.

Participation in any testing program is voluntary and may be ended by either party at any time. Test features may be incomplete, change, or be withdrawn. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without compensation or obligation.

The reseller program described on the Site is currently in limited testing. Reseller terms, including margin and support responsibilities, will be documented in a separate written reseller agreement before any client deployment. Nothing on the Site creates a reseller relationship.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
• Scrape or harvest information from the Site by automated means

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, and product names, are owned by Work As Intended LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for ordinary personal or internal business reference.

Third-party product names referenced on the Site (for example Notion) belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or partnership. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Site.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Work As Intended LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability arising from these terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Work As Intended LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
